* Service Charge
Having an annual £250 service charge ensures that our properties are well maintained.
The service charge which is payable by 1st October. These funds are used to maintain the communal aspects, external areas and gardens.

* Pets
Pets are considered via the 'Government's model agreement' (AKA pet request system)
The landlord must be satisfied that the tenant is a responsible pet owner and that the pet is of a kind that is suitable in relation to the size and nature of the premises at which it will be kept.
We have produced our own pet policy for tenants which is available on request.
NO pets are allowed without written agreement.
Due to premises size, allergy issues and phobias, the following pets are NOT suitable: -
* Dogs/cats/snakes/rats/mice/any pet that has potential to cause excessive noise.
No pets are allowed in the communal garden at any time and pet insurance is required.
